Since the Russian Yuri Gagarin stepped into his space ship on his way to
becoming the first man in space, we have looked with envy and admiration, at
the photos of astronauts floating in space, working and playing free from the
effects of gravity. Until now we could only imagine the incredible feeling of
floating through space in complete weightlessness.
Now thanks to a historical agreement with the Russian Space Program this has
become possible for the first time since the end of the cold war. Incredible
Adventures offers a flight in an aircraft specially designed for Zero Gravity
conditions – the IL-76 MDK. There are only five aircraft of this type in the
world - three of them in Russia. The IL-76 MDK which is normally used for
training the cosmonauts will take you to the limits of the stratosphere and
with a series of special manoeuvres it will create the necessary technical
conditions inside the craft for micro-gravity. It’s an unforgettable
experience!
With this the tourist exploration of space has begun, the first countdown has
started!
